Inspired by Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. ‘s 1968 ‘Drum Major Instinct’ message, the Drum Major Empowerment Foundation, Inc. is a 501c3 charitable organization. DM Empowerment partners with institutions to achieve the common goal of student success. Our overall aim is to empower, enlighten, and positively influence the trajectories of students seeking higher education.
